3 Quotations & Contracts

All quotations provided are valid for the period specified therein. A formal contract or work order must be executed before commencement of any work. Quotations are subject to:

• Site verification and feasibility assessment
• Material price fluctuations at time of execution
• Scope changes requested by the client
• Applicable taxes and statutory charges as per prevailing rates

4 Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate project information and unhindered site access
• Obtain necessary permissions, approvals, and NOCs before work begins
• Make payments as per agreed milestones and timelines
• Communicate scope changes in writing with reasonable notice
• Ensure safe working conditions and necessary utilities at the project site

5 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and project photographs — is the exclusive property of Metrix Civil And Engineering Works LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

6 Limitation of Liability

Metrix Civil And Engineering Works LLP shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government orders)
• Damages arising from client-supplied materials or specifications
• Indirect or consequential losses beyond the contract value
• Issues arising from unauthorized modifications to completed work

7 Warranty & Defect Liability

Warranty and defect liability periods, where applicable, shall be as specified in the individual project contract. Standard defect liability covers workmanship defects only and does not extend to damage caused by misuse, negligence, or natural wear and tear.

8 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through mutual discussion first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with Mumbai as the seat of arbitration.
